The registration form on this page is designed for individuals from member organizations registering for on-line training where self-payment applies.  A receipt will be emailed upon succesful completion of your payment. 

Upon completion of this registration form you will be forwarded to a secure website to process your registration payment of $20.00.  Only individuals from WKI Member Organizations qualify for this discount.  

Option Two -- Organization payment (signature required of program leader)

If your organization is to be invoiced for your training, please download the registration form and fax it to Winning Kids Inc. at 905-884-7839.

Please complete the registration form, some fields are mandatory. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the link for the course, along with your username and password. 

Your training component on procedures will be customized for the age level with which you work.   

REGISTRATION FORM FOR PLAN TO PROTECT ON-LINE TRAINING (MEMBER REGISTRATION / SELF PAYMENT)

Upon successful completion of the course you will be able to print off your certificate of completion.

Please anticipate that the time the training will take varies depending on each individual.  Approximate training time is two hours.  However, on-line training enables you to take your time.  You can bookmark the beginning of a module if you wish to return to the course at another time.
