1.   Select the format you wish to use to process your Criminal Record Checks. 

FAX FORMAT
•   Applicant completes application forms
•   Organization verifies and photocopies government ID's
•   Organization faxes forms to BackCheck
•   Within 24 hours organization is notified that Criminal Record Check is available

•   Organization sends electronic invitation to applicant. 
•   Applicant completes the application on-line*
•   Within 24 hours organization and applicant can view the Criminal Record Check
*Identification of applicant is verified through Equifax

2.  A BackCheck representative will contact you to complete the process and provide the necessary templates and instructions to begin the service.

3.  Decide if you wish to have the organization cover the cost or if it will be applicant paid.

4.  Begin to process your Criminal Record Checks.
