Recognizing a Predator - Diane Roblin-Lee
by Diane Roblin-Lee, Director of Communications
How do you identify a predator? Studies show that they exhibit similar types of behaviour. These similar behaviours provide us with a general pattern to watch for. If an individual exhibits enough of these behaviours to arouse concern, he needs to be considered too risky to allow unsupervised around our children. This article includes warning signs and characteristics of potential predators to increase your awareness and help you determine whether or not someone may be a risk. A word of caution is also given about making hasty and decisive judgments against someone.
