Strategic Planning
Strategic Planning is the process of determining where an organization is going over the next 12 months to 3 years. It is the process of planning how the organization will get there and the scope and sequence involved. Winning Kids has a team of individuals who can work with your organization to help you achieve excellence in mapping out a plan and providing you the momentum to set you in motion. Our team has 120+ years in organization management and leadership.

With years of experience developing policies and understanding the complexities of working with children and youth, our staff will interview your leadership, and provide within days draft policies to take to your Board and legal counsel for review.
Many insurance carriers are now requiring both initial and annual training for those that work with children, youth and vulnerable persons. A two hour training course can make a significant difference to educate and equip those volunteering and working with a commitment to protection. Our training modules can help you train your volunteers and personnel.

It has been designed to help you maintain attendance records in all of your classrooms and programs. You will now be able to track registration records, status of volunteer screening and approval, and the system will remind you when criminal record checks and training are due,
